Rent Solved, LLC ("Rent Solved," "we," or "us") provides this website for information, inquiries, and service communications.

Website use and inquiries

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact information that you are authorized to use. Do not submit harmful content, interfere with the website, or use this form to send confidential application documents or financial identifiers.

An inquiry does not create a lease, property management agreement, reservation, or rental application approval. Property availability and services must be confirmed directly with us. Signed agreements govern rental and management relationships. Website content may change as information is updated.

Rent Solved service text messages

Our optional SMS program sends nonmarketing service messages to people who expressly opt in. Depending on your request, messages may include inquiry responses, showing confirmations and reminders, application-status updates, and maintenance coordination. We do not use this program for rental promotions or other advertising.

Joining and frequency

To join through our website, enter a mobile number you control and select the optional SMS consent checkbox on the inquiry form. The checkbox is not selected in advance. Submitting without selecting it does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, renting, or receiving services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan; contact your carrier about charges.

Stopping and rejoining

Reply STOP to a Rent Solved text to withdraw SMS consent. You may receive one final confirmation, after which service texts will stop unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new SMS opt-in through our website or contact us for assistance. We do not treat an ordinary inquiry as renewed consent. Please tell us if your mobile number changes.

Reply HELP for assistance, email [email protected], or call 888-814-4866. Text delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on website inquiries or SMS for an emergency; contact emergency services when needed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, SMS consent, service providers, and data requests. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent for other companies' or affiliates' marketing.
