Rent Solved, LLC ("Rent Solved," "we," or "us") operates rentsolved.com. This policy covers website inquiries and related service communications. Separate rental applications, resident portals, payment services, and signed agreements may provide additional notices.
Information we collect
We receive the name, email address, phone number, property details, and messages you choose to provide. Our website and form providers may process IP addresses, browser information, cookies or similar storage, and submission records needed to operate and protect their services. If you opt in to texts, we retain your phone number, consent choice, and available records of when and how consent was given, along with messaging and opt-out records.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive application information through the inquiry form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss rental or property management needs, schedule showings, provide application-status updates, coordinate maintenance, and maintain business records. Necessary technical information helps us operate the website, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems.
Service texts and your choice
Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in text messages. You may separately choose the optional, unchecked SMS consent box to receive service messages from Rent Solved. These messages relate to your inquiry, showing, application, or maintenance request. This program does not send promotional offers. SMS consent is not a condition of buying, renting, or receiving services; you can contact us by email or phone instead.

Information sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or personal information with outside companies or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We disclose SMS-related information only to service providers supporting delivery and operation of our own messaging program, or when legally required.
Cloudflare hosts the website. HighLevel/LeadConnector through Rock Solid Partners Marketing provides the inquiry form, customer records, and communications tools. These providers process information needed to deliver and secure those services. We may share relevant service information with vendors assisting with your request, subject to the SMS consent restrictions above. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud.
Cookies and outside services
We have not added advertising pixels or a separate website analytics service. Website images and fonts are hosted with the site. The embedded inquiry form loads resources from its provider and may use cookies or browser storage for its operation. Email and telephone links open your chosen apps, whose providers handle those communications under their own policies.
Retention, security, and requests
We retain information as needed to respond, provide services, document consent and opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided.
